Kiara Jones has been the Director of Operations for Seaside Skin Care since the company was founded in 2010. In this role she has complete business responsibility for the day to day operations of the medical spa and overseeing patient relations, customer service, front/back office operations, as well as the sales and marketing efforts. Kiara brings over 10 years of aesthetic field experience, with a prior background working in emergency room medicine. She holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of California Santa Barbara. Initially brought in to aid in getting Seaside off the ground, she quickly realized her true passion for entrepreneurship and business development and the rest was history! Kiara has been instrumental in the expansion and success of Seaside Skin Care into the well respected top medical spa it is today. She avidly works to grow the company with her creativity and leadership skills. Along with Dr. Jones, she has used her expertise and industry knowledge, to bring in a team of exceptionally skilled providers and office staff to help our patients achieve their aesthetic goals and make them feel at home.

Born and raised in San Clemente, her vision was to build a company similar to the town she grew up in, where patients could feel like they were part of the family. Kiara brings a genuine enjoyment for all spa related operations, especially in developing client relationships which has remained her number one priority. As the company has grown, she has remained determined to keep the family oriented feel and high level of customer care which is apparent the moment you walk in the door.

On her free time you will find Kiara at the beach or ebiking around town with her husband Josh and her two children, Kaia and Beachum.
