The Obagi Nu-Derm Sunshield SPF 50 is a cutting edge sunscreen product. It provides sheer protection for your skin against the sun and its harmful rays. Offering a level 50 SPF, it is an effective product to prevent sunburns and others of the sun’s damaging effects. With its matte finish, the product helps you avoid the glossy look that some sun blocks will give your skin. Its unique formulation includes two types of sunscreens to help protect skin against UVA rays, as well as to absorb UVB rays. The product’s ingredients include 7.5% octinoxate and 10.5% zinc oxide, in addition to SPF, alphy hydroxyl acids, and others.

HOW TO USE THIS PRODUCT

Obagi Nu Derm’s Sunshield is most effective when it is applied to your face at least 15 minutes prior to going out into the sun. For best results, put a liberal amount of the lotion in your hand and apply it evenly across your entire face. If you will be exposed to the sun for an extended period of time, you will want to reapply the sunblock approximately every two hours, or as needed.
