MaryEllen began her nursing career in 1996 as a Senior Staff Resource Nurse at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan New York. Following that role, she honed her skills further, working in various recovery rooms, administering postoperative care to both pediatric and adult patients.

In 2020, MaryEllen started her next chapter of Nursing in Aesthetics. As a dedicated Laser Nurse, she specializes in enhancing natural beauty and addressing the signs of aging. Passionate about helping patients embrace their natural aging process, she focuses on treatments that promote healthy, radiant skin with a holistic approach to skin care. She embraces the belief that aging is a natural and beautiful process. Her commitment to providing results driven, customized treatment, ensures that every patient leaves feeling more confident and refreshed with a youthful glow!

MaryEllen is known for her meticulous attention to detail and compassionate care, guiding her patient through their treatment journey from consultation to post procedure follow up. MaryEllen is constantly advancing her knowledge of the latest laser technologies and treatment techniques to ensure her clients receive the most effective and innovative services available. She also incorporates Neurotoxin and Microneedling services into her patient’s treatments plans.

Outside of the clinic, Nurse MaryEllen loves to spend time with her family and golden doodle Hudson. Her love for cooking, traveling, hiking, Pilates and house renovations nurture her creative side and maintain balance in her life. Her caring personality, attention to detail, and zest for creativity, make her stand out in the world of aesthetics. She remains committed to helping patients feel confident and radiant, within their own skin, embracing the beauty of natural aging with every treatment.

what's your favorite treatment to perform?

My favorite area of aesthetics is Lasers of course! I love our BBL for treating all different types of skin issues… Pigmentation, redness, facial vessels, rosacea, to sun damage. The treatment can even smooth the skin, and tighten the pores a bit. After initially performing corrective treatments, maintenance treatments with the BBL is the best way to keep a youthful appearance as it works at the cellular level, slowing down the gene expression of the aging cells. Combining our BBL with the Halo treatment for more textural improvements and collagen stimulation is a home run! I love giving clients the best laser treatments to keep them aging gracefully, keeping a natural appearance and overall feeling great about their skin health.
