Being an Emergency Room Physician for over 30 years, Scot Jones has a long history in the medical field and understands firsthand the importance of quality patient care. Dr. Jones earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree and graduated Medical School at the University of Utah in 1978. Following his formal education, he served a residency at Queens Hospital Surgical Center in Honolulu Hawaii. With his extensive knowledge and work experience he has hand selected competent, highly trained, clinically oriented staff members to give patients the best experience and results.

Seaside Nurse Staff

Michele is a nationally board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She is a master injector who continues to hone her skills by attending multiple conferences per year, hundreds of hours of continuing education and reading medical journals. One of her deepest interests is anatomy and how that changes as we age. Michele also has a deep appreciation of Eastern Medicine, which focuses on the body as a whole.

Kristin began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Hoag Hospital in 2003. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing. Kristin’s caring demeanor and thorough attention to patient care, allow her to offer our patients superior treatments with a gentle touch.

MaryEllen began her nursing career in 1996 as a Senior Staff nurse at the NYU medical center. Following that role, she honed her skills further, working in various recovery rooms administering post operative care to both pediatric and adult patients. The past several years MaryEllen has enjoyed the opportunity to stay at home with her children, volunteering at her childrens schools and sporting activities.

Molly is a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, primarily in the Neonatal ICU and as a Nursing Supervisor. She skillfully balances her responsibilities between the hospital and her role at Seaside. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida, she returned to her roots in Orange County in 2019, bringing her expertise and passion for patient care—along with plenty of sunshine—back home.

Stephanie Brady is an accomplished Aesthetic Nurse Injector who joins Seaside with a wealth of experience. With a background in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics, her extensive knowledge and expertise make her a trusted professional in the industry. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s of Science in Nursing and FNP, further expanding her skills and qualifications.

Jodie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. After she worked in Advertising for several years in Dallas and Los Angeles, she felt called into a career change to become a nurse.
She earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Saddleback College and was hired right into the PICU at CHOC where she worked until she started a family.

Tahnee is a registered nurse with roots in both South Africa and Austria. She kick started her nursing career in Austria where she also earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing. Here, she dove headfirst into the world of emergency care. After soaking up the fast-paced ER life, she is ready to have more time with patients and build relationships. She is passionate about the body as a whole, which includes mind, body, spirit and emotional health.

Seaside Esthetician Staff

Maureen Gaspard has been practicing skin care for over 18 years. She attended Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics in 1999 and graduated from their Advanced Medical Esthetics program of 1,200 hours. From there, she began treating clients privately in their homes. She then secured employment with a Medical Spa & Plastic Surgeons Office where she learned additional advanced techniques for medical skin care treatments.

Kristine Evans draws upon over eighteen years experience in the esthetics industry. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Kristine fulfilled her life long dream of moving to Orange County. She went on to earn a diploma in Esthetics and completed an apprenticeship at the International Dermal Institute.

Nikki graduated from Saddleback Beauty Academy in July of 2020 and has been loving every moment of being an esthetician ever since. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Visual Communications Design, Nikki went into real estate for the next 18 years working as a Broker as well as the Director of Administration. Needing a change, she decided to follow her passion for the beauty industry.

Seaside Body Sculpting Staff

Stephanie Davies has an extensive background in sales and customer service that she brings to Seaside Skin Care. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in fashion merchandising and has worked at Nordstrom, Jaeger NA and St. John Knits. After getting married and having her first daughter, then triplets three years later, she put her career on pause and became a stay-at-home mom. Once her kids were independent, she began teaching a variety of work out classes gaining her Schwinn Cycle Instructor certification and American Council on Exercise certification in group fitness and fitness nutrition. A few years later decided to get back into working which lead her to Seaside.

Seaside Medical support Staff

Daphne Carias joined our Seaside team in 2022 with an extensive background in Trauma, Family Practice, Oncology, Regenerative Med and more! She was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and moved to the U.S when she was just 9-years-old. Talk about a culture shock! Daphne has delved into the Aesthetics world these past two years, and has found a new passion for all things beauty, physical and spiritual wellness. She is also the proud mommy of a gorgeous one-year-old baby girl, Solana. In her spare time, you can catch her at the beach, spending time with her daughter, or watching Rupaul’s Drag Race.

Office Staff

Kiara Jones has been the Director of Operations for Seaside Skin Care since the company was founded in 2010. In this role she has complete business responsibility for the day to day operations of the medical spa and overseeing patient relations, customer service, front/back office operations, as well as the sales and marketing efforts.

Kiley Jones has been with Seaside Skin Care since it opened in 2010. She has been instrumental in marketing Seaside since the doors first opened. Kiley knew she wanted to go into the marketing field after graduating from the University of Utah with a Communications degree in 2008. She continued her education, taking art classes at Saddleback, to focus in on the design component of Marketing.

Kate is a seasoned marketer with over 10 years experience in the field. Her passion for delivering an authentic brand experience in the digital space has garnered her senior marketing roles at companies ranging from Fortune 100 company, GrubHub to local nonprofit Share Our Selves. Kate now brings her knowledge and drive to Seaside Skin Care. She is excited to move into the aesthetics space and work with the incredible Seaside team to showcase the incredible quality and skill of Seaside’s Nurses & Estheticians.

Melanie joined the Seaside team in 2013. She brought 30 years of account management, business process management, training, selling and customer service experience with her from her prior careers. In 2018, she formally became our customer service operations manager. Melanie has a passion for this business, our customers and loves her Seaside Family.

Tina comes to Seaside Skin Care with many years of experience in sales, customer service & instructional education. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has worked for Shell Oil Company, E & J Gallo Winery & most recently Capistrano Unified School District. She played a major role in setting up a Science Lab at Concordia Elementary in San Clemente where she taught hands-on science classes for grades K-5 for 6 years.

Mariela has been in the Aesthetic industry for seven years; she stands as a seasoned professional who has played a pivotal role in shaping and leading medical aesthetic practices across the United States. Her versatile skill set covers the successful launch, management, and restructuring of operations for practices nationwide. Mariela ensures top-notch patient care, seamless tech integration, and dependable daily support.

Jennie is a seasoned hospitality professional with 10 years of experience as Client Concierge in the Medical Spa Industry.Throughout her career, she noticed a lack of warmth and professionalism in many customer service experiences, particularly within the realm of medical treatments.These experiences helped shaped her personal goal of making the client feel at ease and comfortable in their environment.
Her passion for providing clients with exceptional anticipatory customer service accompanied by her interest in skincare and medical anti-aging treatments has led her to Seaside Skin Care.

Alex grew up in Newport Beach and graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors in Business Administration. She has always loved beauty and skincare and started her career working for Ulta Beauty. Wanting to gain experience in the esthetic side of things, she found Seaside and hope to continue growing in this field. Alex loves making people feel more confident in their own skin. In her free time she loves the beach, travelling, and hanging out at coffee shops with her friends!
