Dr. Scot Jones, MD.
Owner & Medical director
Being an Emergency Room Physician for over 30 years, Scot Jones has a long history in the medical field and understands firsthand the importance of quality patient care. Dr. Jones earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree and graduated Medical School at the University of Utah in 1978. Following his formal education, he served a residency at Queens Hospital Surgical Center in Honolulu Hawaii. With his extensive knowledge and work experience he has hand selected competent, highly trained, clinically oriented staff members to give patients the best experience and results.

Clinical Director & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Michele Westendorf is a nationally recognized aesthetic expert, master injector, and Clinical Director of Seaside Skin Care, known for her refined approach to facial restoration and natural rejuvenation. With a deep understanding of facial anatomy, aging, and the artistry of injectables, she specializes in restorative aesthetic treatments that refresh and enhance without altering identity.

Kristin Daniel, RN
Aesthetic Nurse & Lead Laser Specialist
Kristin began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Hoag Hospital in 2003. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing. Kristin’s caring demeanor and thorough attention to patient care, allow her to offer our patients superior treatments with a gentle touch.
MaryEllen Blake, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
MaryEllen began her nursing career in 1996 as a Senior Staff Resource Nurse at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan New York. Following that role, she honed her skills further, working in various recovery rooms, administering postoperative care to both pediatric and adult patients.
Molly Rogers, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Molly is a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, primarily in the Neonatal ICU and as a Nursing Supervisor. She skillfully balances her responsibilities between the hospital and her role at Seaside. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida, she returned to her roots in Orange County in 2019, bringing her expertise and passion for patient care—along with plenty of sunshine—back home.
Taylor Dehring, DNP, FNP-C
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Taylor Dehring is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Columbia University. Prior to her work in aesthetics, Taylor practiced in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Mount Sinai in New York City, where she developed a thorough understanding of facial anatomy and procedural care that continues to inform her clinical practice.

Nikki graduated from Saddleback Beauty Academy in July of 2020 and has been loving every moment of being an esthetician ever since. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Visual Communications Design, Nikki went into real estate for the next 18 years working as a Broker as well as the Director of Administration. Needing a change, she decided to follow her passion for the beauty industry.

With over 20 years of experience, Kristine Evans brings a thoughtful, results-focused approach to every treatment, combining advanced techniques with honest, personalized care.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin, she made the move to Orange County, where her passion for skin health quickly evolved into a lifelong career.

Body Sculplting Specialist
Stephanie brings a strong background in sales, customer service, and health and fitness to her role at Seaside. She is certified through Schwinn as a Cycle Instructor and holds American Council on Exercise certifications in both Group Fitness and Fitness Nutrition. With years of experience teaching a variety of fitness classes, Stephanie has developed a deep understanding of how movement and mindset work together to transform the body.

Outside of work, Daphne loves spending time at the beach, traveling with her fiancé and daughter, and relaxing with an episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race.
Gracie Clarke

Gracie joined the Seaside team in 2025. She has a background in customer service, patient care, and management. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in biotechnology and molecular biology, as well as a certificate in forensic anthropology. She is known for her organizational skills, time management, and bubbly personality. New to the world of aesthetics, Gracie has enjoyed learning about the various treatments offered at Seaside. In her free time, she likes to watch reality shows with her boyfriend James and their cat Squid.

Kiara Jones has been the Director of Operations for Seaside Skin Care since the company was founded in 2010. In this role she has complete business responsibility for the day to day operations of the medical spa and overseeing patient relations, customer service, front/back office operations, as well as the sales and marketing efforts.
Kiley DiLeo
Chief Creative Officer
Kiley Jones has been with Seaside Skin Care since it opened in 2010. She has been instrumental in marketing Seaside since the doors first opened. Kiley knew she wanted to go into the marketing field after graduating from the University of Utah with a Communications degree in 2008. She continued her education, taking art classes at Saddleback, to focus in on the design component of Marketing.

Kate Tomalas is a marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth and engagement across the skincare, wellness, and consumer health industries. Known for her ability to balance creativity with data-driven precision, Kate has built her career on crafting campaigns that are not only visually compelling but strategically engineered to deliver measurable growth.
Melanie Clarke
Director of Facilities & Administration
Melanie joined the Seaside team in 2013. She brought 30 years of account management, business process management, training, selling and customer service experience with her from her prior careers. In 2018, she formally became our customer service operations manager. Melanie has a passion for this business, our customers and loves her Seaside Family.
Jennie Carpenter
Front Office Manager
Jennie is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 20 years of customer service experience, including 16 years in the medical field. Throughout her career, she noticed a lack of warmth and professionalism in many customer service experiences, particularly within the realm of medical treatments. These experiences helped shaped her personal goal of making the client feel at ease and comfortable in their environment.
Her passion for providing clients with exceptional anticipatory customer service accompanied by her interest in skincare and medical anti-aging treatments has led her to Seaside Skin Care.

Marifel Benlot is an accomplished Client Care Specialist and Office Assistant with a strong foundation in customer experience, operations, and administrative support. With over a decade of experience across financial services and virtual assistance, she brings a strategic and solutions-driven approach to client care and office management.
Her background includes managing complex customer escalations, optimizing workflows, and supporting day-to-day operations with precision and efficiency. She is known for her ability to build meaningful client relationships through clear communication, responsiveness, and a thoughtful, personalized approach.
