After the procedure, there is often a feeling of slight warmth in the area that has been treated, but it typically dissipates quickly. It is important to follow the post-treatment instructions given by your provider in order to get the best results from your procedure. The entire treatment typically takes 45 minutes.

About an hour before treatment, your provider will apply a topical anesthetic to reduce discomfort. Then they’ll use a handheld device to make pinpricks in your skin, promoting collagen production. The entire treatment typically takes a 30-45 minutes.
What should i expect after my microneedling treatment?
After treatment, the skin has the appearance of a sunburn and may be minimally swollen. Patients report little or no discomfort post treatment. We recommend that you do not wear makeup the same day of your treatment to allow the skin to ‘breathe’ and to expedite the healing process.
