Melanie joined the Seaside team in 2013, bringing with her more than 30 years of experience in account management, business process management, training, sales, and customer service. Over the years, she has held several positions within Seaside and was instrumental in building and developing the front desk operations. Her passion for the business, dedication to our customers, and love for her Seaside family shine through in everything she does.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys spending time with her daughters, extended family, and friends — especially her two granddaughters, who are truly the light of her life. She also makes frequent trips to Florida to spend time with them whenever she can.
