Am I a candidate for Pico FX?
Pico FX works on all skin types, so in short…YES!
What can I expect during my Pico FX treatment?
As the laser energy is applied, you’ll feel a sensation that patients often compare to an electric rain sensation. Most patients do not find the treatment uncomfortable. You should keep the treated area out of the sun and/or apply sunscreen for protection.
When will I see results?
You may see results after 1-2 sessions. Dermal melasma can take slightly longer. Depending on the severity of your pigmentation, certain clients may need up to 6 to get their desired results. Treatments should be spaced 2-4 weeks apart.
Is there downtime?
Some patients do experience mild redness immediately following treatments and for up to 2 days. However your day to day activies should not be impacted.
