Molly Rogers, BSN, RN

Aesthetic Nurse

Molly is a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, primarily in the Neonatal ICU and as a Nursing Supervisor. She skillfully balances her responsibilities between the hospital and her role at Seaside. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida, she returned to her roots in Orange County in 2019, bringing her expertise and passion for patient care—along with plenty of sunshine—back home.

In 2021, Molly discovered her love for aesthetics and has been fully immersed in the field ever since. She has trained with top industry experts and enjoys collaborating with the talented aesthetic nurses at Seaside. Specializing in cheek and jaw fillers, she’s dedicated to creating natural yet impactful enhancements, with a particular passion for lip filler.

As a proud mother of a daughter and two sons, Molly shares her lively household with her husband, a retired Marine pilot, and their two cats and a dog. After living around the world as a military family, she has finally found her happy place in San Clemente.

When she’s not enhancing beauty, you can find Molly lost in “romantasy” novels or catching up on her favorite shows like Schitt’s Creek and The Great British Bake Off (because who doesn’t appreciate a good pastry pun?). In her downtime, she’s often at the sports fields with her dog, Penny, cheering on her kids or planning their next family adventure. She especially cherishes time at the family lake house and magical winter getaways.

Committed to aging gracefully, Molly uses a combination of biostimulatory and injectable treatments to achieve natural results for her patients. Her enthusiasm for aesthetics, paired with her nursing background, allows her to promote self-care and wellness—always sprinkled with joy and laughter.

what's your favorite treatment to perform?

I love injecting with Neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport. They provide subtle rejuvenation and refreshing results while postponing the inevitable evidence of aging. It is a powerful but relatively painless procedure that doesn't require any downtime. I always tell my patients that two of the best things they can do to maintain a youthful appearance is start botox in your 30's and ALWAYS wear sunscreen.
