Dr. Scot Jones, MD.
Owner & Medical director
Being an Emergency Room Physician for over 30 years, Scot Jones has a long history in the medical field and understands firsthand the importance of quality patient care. Dr. Jones earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree and graduated Medical School at the University of Utah in 1978. Following his formal education, he served a residency at Queens Hospital Surgical Center in Honolulu Hawaii. With his extensive knowledge and work experience he has hand selected competent, highly trained, clinically oriented staff members to give patients the best experience and results.

Clinical Director & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Michele Westendorf is a nationally recognized aesthetic expert, master injector, and Clinical Director of Seaside Skin Care, known for her refined approach to facial restoration and natural rejuvenation. With a deep understanding of facial anatomy, aging, and the artistry of injectables, she specializes in restorative aesthetic treatments that refresh and enhance without altering identity.
Stephanie Brady, MSN RN
Director of Nursing & Injection Specialist
Stephanie Brady is an accomplished Aesthetic Nurse Injector who joins Seaside with a wealth of experience. With a background in Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, and Aesthetics, her extensive knowledge and expertise make her a trusted professional in the industry. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s of Science in Nursing and FNP, further expanding her skills and qualifications.
Kristin Daniel, RN
Aesthetic Nurse & Lead Laser Specialist
Kristin began her career in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Hoag Hospital in 2003. She graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Communication and earned her Associate Degree in Nursing. Kristin’s caring demeanor and thorough attention to patient care, allow her to offer our patients superior treatments with a gentle touch.
MaryEllen Blake, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
MaryEllen began her nursing career in 1996 as a Senior Staff Resource Nurse at NYU Medical Center in Manhattan New York. Following that role, she honed her skills further, working in various recovery rooms, administering postoperative care to both pediatric and adult patients.
Molly Rogers, BSN, RN
Aesthetic Nurse
Molly is a Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse with 17 years of experience, primarily in the Neonatal ICU and as a Nursing Supervisor. She skillfully balances her responsibilities between the hospital and her role at Seaside. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of West Florida, she returned to her roots in Orange County in 2019, bringing her expertise and passion for patient care—along with plenty of sunshine—back home.
Taylor Dehring, DNP NP-C
Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Taylor Dehring is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a strong foundation in procedural care, facial anatomy, and aesthetics. Known for her meticulous technique and natural approach, she specializes in injectable treatments and laser rejuvenation that enhance confidence while honoring each patient’s natural features.

Medical Esthetician
Nikki graduated from Saddleback Beauty Academy in July of 2020 and has been loving every moment of being an esthetician ever since. After graduating from Purdue University with a degree in Visual Communications Design, Nikki went into real estate for the next 18 years working as a Broker as well as the Director of Administration. Needing a change, she decided to follow her passion for the beauty industry.

Medical Esthetician
Kristine Evans draws upon over eighteen years experience in the esthetics industry. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Kristine fulfilled her life long dream of moving to Orange County. She went on to earn a diploma in Esthetics and completed an apprenticeship at the International Dermal Institute.

Medical Esthetician
Stephanie Cucchiara is a licensed medical esthetician with over six years of experience and a dual background in dermatology and plastic surgery. Known for her specialized work with acneic skin, Stephanie takes a holistic approach to skincare—pairing clinical-grade treatments with gut health guidance to promote lasting, radiant results. She’s expertly trained in a wide array of treatments including her personal favorite: a dermaplane and peel combo.

Body Sculplting Specialist
Stephanie Davies has an extensive background in sales and customer service that she brings to Seaside Skin Care. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with a degree in fashion merchandising and has worked at Nordstrom, Jaeger NA and St. John Knits. After getting married and having her first daughter, then triplets three years later, she put her career on pause and became a stay-at-home mom. Once her kids were independent, she began teaching a variety of work out classes gaining her Schwinn Cycle Instructor certification and American Council on Exercise certification in group fitness and fitness nutrition. A few years later decided to get back into working which lead her to Seaside.

Daphne Carias
Lead medical assistant
Daphne Carias joined our Seaside team in 2022 with an extensive background in Trauma, Family Practice, Oncology, and Regenerative Medicine. She was born in Maracaibo, Venezuela and moved to the U.S. when she was just 9 years old. Over the past two years, Daphne has delved into the world of Aesthetics and discovered a passion for beauty, physical wellness, and spiritual well-being.

Chief Operating Officer
Kiara Jones has been the Director of Operations for Seaside Skin Care since the company was founded in 2010. In this role she has complete business responsibility for the day to day operations of the medical spa and overseeing patient relations, customer service, front/back office operations, as well as the sales and marketing efforts.
Kiley DiLeo
Chief Creative Officer
Kiley Jones has been with Seaside Skin Care since it opened in 2010. She has been instrumental in marketing Seaside since the doors first opened. Kiley knew she wanted to go into the marketing field after graduating from the University of Utah with a Communications degree in 2008. She continued her education, taking art classes at Saddleback, to focus in on the design component of Marketing.

Kate Tomalas is a seasoned marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth and engagement across the skincare, wellness, and consumer health industries. Known for her ability to balance creativity with data-driven precision, Kate has built her career on crafting campaigns that are not only visually compelling but strategically engineered to deliver measurable growth.
Melanie Clarke
Director of Facilities & Administration
Melanie joined the Seaside team in 2013. She brought 30 years of account management, business process management, training, selling and customer service experience with her from her prior careers. In 2018, she formally became our customer service operations manager. Melanie has a passion for this business, our customers and loves her Seaside Family.
Tina Moran
Front Office Manager
Tina comes to Seaside Skin Care with many years of experience in sales, customer service & instructional education. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and has worked for Shell Oil Company, E & J
Gallo Winery & most recently Capistrano Unified School District. She played a major role in setting up a Science Lab at Concordia Elementary in San Clemente where she taught hands-on science classes for grades K-5 for 6 years.

Mariela has been in the Aesthetic industry for seven years; she stands as a seasoned professional who has played a pivotal role in shaping and leading medical aesthetic practices across the United States. Her versatile skill set covers the successful launch, management, and restructuring of operations for practices nationwide. Mariela ensures top-notch patient care, seamless tech integration, and dependable daily support.
Jennie Carpenter

Jennie is a seasoned hospitality professional with 10 years of experience as Client Concierge in the Medical Spa Industry.Throughout her career, she noticed a lack of warmth and professionalism in many customer service experiences, particularly within the realm of medical treatments.These experiences helped shaped her personal goal of making the client feel at ease and comfortable in their environment.
Her passion for providing clients with exceptional anticipatory customer service accompanied by her interest in skincare and medical anti-aging treatments has led her to Seaside Skin Care.
Lydiah Sampsel
Aesthetic Care Concierge
Originally from Norwest Arkansas, Lydiah is passionate about creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest at Seaside Skin Care. With extensive experience in administrative support, patient care, and customer service, she ensures each patient feels cared for and at ease during their visits. Before transitioning into client care, Lydiah worked in the wedding industry as a photographer where she honed her eye for creativity and love for connecting with people.
