COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

During our closure our team has been working diligently revising our procedures and protocols to make sure that your safety remains our top priority. The following guidelines will be in place upon our reopen date.


COVID-19 Consent & Electronic Paperwork

You will be required to sign a COVID-19 consent form and complete all paperwork electronically prior to your appointment.


Contactless Checkout

In order to ensure contactless checkout, all payments will be made by credit card. Credit card information will be taken at the time of booking and stored in our secure system to be charged upon checkout.


Minimized Contact

Appointments will be staggered to minimize contact and avoid multiple people in the waiting room. We no longer have the flexibility to see late appointments. You must arrive on time in order to be treated.


Temperature Check

Your temperature will be taken upon entrance. We ask that you do not bring in personal items such as purses or water bottles.


Mask Required

You will be required to wear your own face mask. If you do not have one, please contact Seaside prior to your appointment.


Gloves Recommended

Gloves are recommended, however not required for entry.


Staff Safety

All staff will be wearing masks and will have their temperatures taken each day.


No Visitors

No visitors will be allowed to accompany you to your appointment. This includes children, friends spouses, etc.


Sanitized Surfaces

All surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and between each appointment.
